The Clampets *Leathers* are going to D.C.
If things go according to plan, and God wills it, my family and I will be leaving tomorrow evening for Washington D.C. *no this is not a recording* We hope to get far enough along tomorrow so that we will not be stuck in land we have already seen while it is still light out. Please pray for our safety there and back. Mom, Anna, and I are all taking our digital cameras so I hope to have more pictures than you would ever care to see by the time we get home again.
I cannot wait to see our history laid out in monuments and museums. Hopefully I will still have tears left when we get home again. Mom plans to weep then ENTIRE trip. One of my biggest fears: I will be asked to drive somewhere crowded and frightening. The good part about being a young driver is that Mom and Dad are probably not going to ask me to for the most part. LOL!
